前些日子買了 BOSCH GTS 1031 10吋圓鋸平台(10 In. Portable Jobsite Table Saw) +GTA500 後
發現機子附送的鋸子是25T(25鋸齒)，所鋸出的木頭切面比較粗糙
在網路上搜尋後，發現可以安裝原廠的BOSCH optiline Wood 木工鋸片，BOSCH optiline Wood 木工鋸片有分 80T,100T,120T三種，基本上越多齒的圓鋸鋸出來的切面會越平滑；在網路上露天找到一些賣家有賣 BOSCH optiline Wood 木工鋸片，但不是缺貨，就是只能搭配整機銷售。
不放棄的我持續找尋，發現員林有BOSCH經銷商，[環銘電動工具行]，住址是彰化縣員林鎮日泰街20號，電話為04-835-3626；於是趨身前往，訊問老闆有無銷售BOSCH optiline Wood 木工鋸片，老闆說目前沒有進貨，店裡目前是有牧田(Makita)的10吋100T木工鋸片，問我要不要，我看了一下規格，應該可以安裝在BOSCH GTS1031 鋸台上，就將它買回家了。
為了更換鋸片，詳讀GTS 1031說明書後，找到放置在鋸台下方的安裝器具後，將舊的鋸片取下，將新舊劇片疊在一起比較一下，確定內徑一樣後，就小心仔細的把牧田(Makita)的10吋100T木工鋸片安裝在 GTS1031上。
試鋸一個廢木片
運作順暢，切面平順許多，不再粗糙的狀況
下圖是用原廠附的25T圓鋸片所鋸出的切面，蠻粗糙的
下圖是用牧田(Makita)的10吋100T木工鋸片鋸出的切面，平滑許多
所以看起來只要符合 BOSCH GTS 1031說明書裡提到的一些鋸片注意事項
除了原廠鋸片之外，也可以安裝牧田(Makita)的10吋100T木工鋸片

您好：謝謝您。分享一段Amazon上關於GTS 1031的顧客評價。 I read reviews before decided to buy this saw. After received Bosch GTS1031 I set it up according to what manual said. However I detected the blade was not in parallel to the miter slot（推把導軌）. The blade was angled in toward left miter slot. The far end distance was about 0.5mm shorter as compared with the near end distance. With this problem I could not make a good cut. Thus I have to loose the four screws beneath the table to align the blade. Since the whole arbor assembly is heavy loosing these screws would cause the blade also tilt a little bit and this caused the reading for parallel difficult. I managed to get it aligned to whatever I could get. The result is about 0.06mm difference between near end and far end distance. After that I checked the parallelism of the rip fence. It was worse. After alignment the difference is 0.2mm at a distance of around 50mm right to the blade. I have no idea how to make it better. I did test cut for cross cut. The cut was not beautiful but probably acceptable. I have not tried rip cut to see how good or bad it can be. It is definitely not what other people said " square out of box". As I did more test I found out more about it. The not so beautiful cross cut was caused by the miter gauge slot. Usually it should be 3/4" or 19mm. But the one I have is 19.43mm. So there is a lot play there for the miter gauge. And due to some reason the wood being cut may slide a little bit along the miter fence. This caused the cut not very good. After I changed the miter gauge slot bar to one which can adjusted to adapt various width of the slot and put a stop at the end of the wood being cut, the cut became good. As to rip cut with the aid of one feather board the cut is okay but with tool marks. I guess these were caused by not-so-parallel rip fence. In short as a potable saw it can never compare to the cabinet saw I am using. 這部分我都是用雙手去送木板，沒有用 Miter Gauge 去送木板，除非是要將條狀木板切成小片才會用 Miter Gauge。 切木板時，我都是在木板上畫切線後，將右邊木板右緣去頂住 Rip Fence，確定鋸片切下去的位置會在所畫的切線上，然後開啟 GTS 1031電源，在雙手去送木板去鋸。 對於平不平行，這牽扯到鋸面、平台角度設定、 Rip Fence、Miter Gauge等，或許等你入手之後再去實驗看看了。 用GTS 1031來鋸50公分x50公分的木板是還好操作，但如果你跟我一樣，有時候想切一個 80cmx30cm的木板的話，因鋸台的大小限制，在鋸的時候，鋸後的木板沒有支撐，可能需要另一個人去扶助木板，比較安全，或者購買另一個BOSCH配件(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k_1wNhzcHkI 影片，1:37秒處 )會比較好。 你可以參考一下 GTS 1031 英文使用手冊 http://powertool.manualsonline.com/manuals/mfg/bosch_power_tools/gts1031.html
